ABOUT

Dr. David Bannister was born and raised in Charleston, WV. After graduating high school, he attended Fairmont State University where he was part of the honors program, residence life, and the men’s tennis team. David graduated from FSU in 2015 with a bachelor of exercise science/human health and performance, and a communication degree in American Sign Language.

 

David furthered his studies at Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, Iowa. He graduated with honors as a Doctor of Chiropractic and is board-certified by the West Virginia Chiropractic Board of Examiners to practice chiropractic in the state of West Virginia.

 

Dr. Bannister provides quality, research-based care by utilizing a wide-variety of techniques and procedures to assist patients in reaching their health goals. He not only focuses on pain and symptoms, but using structural and biomechanical analysis combined with a thorough, detailed history he searches for the root cause of each problem. David’s knowledge of nutrition, fitness and wellness gives patients a well-rounded approach to health.

 

Dr. Bannister enjoys spending time with his family, playing tennis, and staying active both in the gym and outdoors. David and his family are excited to be serving the Fairmont community, and will continue to strive to bring the best care possible to each of his patients.
